“Corner Gas has no laugh track. You laugh a lot — as my wife has noted when I’m watching it and she’s in the other room, or when I’m watching it with headphones on — but mostly you grin. And the great thing about watching it on DVD is you can periodically replay a line and catch the nuances because the humor often works on about three levels, including the most basic, and a bit of thinking is required to get to the other two.” Read more.
