STUCK: SEASON TWO
Season two of this exciting series promises even bigger and more shocking transformations as we follow a new group of diverse Canadian women, aged 23 to 52, ready to get “unstuck” in their lives. A mother on the verge of divorce, a trainer achieving everyone’s fitness goals but her own, and a twenty-three year old whose family has referred to her as the ‘fat one’ since she could walk, are just a few members of the engaging group that will set fitness goals in the hopes of reclaiming and improving their physical and emotional well-being.
The barriers to regaining their health have been as varied as the women themselves but they all now share a common goal: to achieve overall wellness through a commitment to a fitness program and a healthy diet – and to have some fun along the way.
In the first episode, the women get surprising – and sometimes devastating – physical assessments from their trainers. Too many nights on the couch with whole pizzas instead of whole grains has finally caught up with them. They meet for a kick-off dinner to discuss the disheartening results and how they can best reach their goals. Produced by 52 Media Inc. in association with W Network, this Canadian original series premieres Wednesday, March 4 at 10 p.m.
