THE RON JAMES SHOW will shoot in front of a live studio audience at the Canadian Broadcasting Centre, in Toronto, beginning Sept. 10 and 11; information on how to become part of the live studio audience will be announced soon. The series (10 x 30 min.) will culminate with a one-hour special on New Year’s Eve, a slot that has become a solid tradition as well as a critical and ratings success year after year for Ron James.

THE RON JAMES SHOW showcases the talents of renowned and much-beloved comedian Ron James, and his poetically charged observations about surviving life in the modern world. For the last 10 years, James’ live comedy shows have consistently sold out theatres from coast to coast, garnering unanimous critical acclaim for his uniquely Canadian style. He has been called “the funniest man in Canada” by the Victoria Times-Colonist and “devastatingly funny and clever” by The Globe and Mail. According to James, “the series will try to make sense of the rapidly spinning planet that we all share.”

Executive producers of THE RON JAMES SHOW are Ron James, Lynn Harvey and Garry Campbell. Producer is Lynn Harvey.
