From the duo who brought you such memorable, intense and grueling competitions like “who can stay tied to a goat the longest” and “who can wear a dead octopus on their head the longest” comes a contest unlike any other. Beginning today, Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice, the notorious frenemies behind the Showcase original series Kenny vs. Spenny, invite viewers to get involved in the new season as showcase.ca launches the “Kenny and Spenny Seek Inspiration from the Nation” competition.

Throughout the four-week contest, running until September 30th, fans can visit showcase.ca and submit outrageous, creative and original competition ideas for the guys. The winning submission, as chosen by Kenny and Spenny themselves, will be brought to life when it is played out in an episode this season. The winner will also be able to tell fans about the inspiration behind his or her idea when they are interviewed for the showcase.ca blog.

“Everyone hates Spenny as much as I do. Please help me give him a nervous breakdown,” said Kenny Hotz.

“I trust viewers will submit competition ideas that are fair. Fans – my life and sanity are in your hands – treat them kindly,” said Spencer Rice.

The contest coincides with the sixth season of Kenny vs. Spenny, returning for 13 half-hour episodes beginning November 15 exclusively on Showcase. Created by and starring Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice, Kenny vs. Spenny is a hilarious reality series that pits childhood friends against each other in outrageous competitions. The winner achieves short-term glory and bragging rights, while the loser is forced to perform a humiliating stunt of the winner’s choosing.

This season features a variety of creative competitions including: “Who’s the Biggest Idiot?”, “Who do black guys like more?” and “Who can bang the other one’s mother?”.
