    “Phyllis Ellis is hoping a Gemini award could have the power of a resurrection. Despite being cancelled after only 10 episodes, Ellis’s “Three Chords From the Truth” is up for two awards, including best comedy program, at the ceremony celebrating Canada’s homegrown TV talent this weekend.” Read more.

  1. how did this show get a gemini nod? over corner gas? blows my mind. this show getting a gemini nomination is the reason why i won’t watch the gemini’s and the reason why i won’t support the academy any longer. i’m sorry but this show was not deserving of the highest award for a comedy series in the country. Embarrassing!
