  1. I think this was the worst episode so far. The induction ceremony was over the top. Drinking wine from a human skull? Peanut allergy? Even Brackenreid says he finds that odd given that peanuts weren’t readily available back then. Women in drag so that they could smoke cigars? The wife of a prominent businessman has a “relationship” with another woman who dresses as man because her husband belongs to too many male-only clubs? The Freemason scenes were rather silly and pointless. Ogden infiltrates the women’s basketball team. Ho hum. Crabtree holds a higher rank than Brackenreid as a Freemason? Lots of explanations on that one. Yawn. Even Murdoch looked and sounded bored by it all. Who wrote this trite episode?
