“In a different time, George F. Walker’s witty, acerbic new comedy Living in Your Car (HBO Canada, 9:30 p.m.) could have been called Arrested Development, but that title’s taken. As it is, this 13-week satire about a disgraced financial wheeler-dealer has a snappy verve and lively energy all its own.
