“There were whispers,” says Bisson, a veteran of several Canadian series who is delighted that he’ll get to keep on playing his favourite TV character. “We had noticed that nothing was being taken down from the sets. Everyone was curious.” Bisson was shooting what he thought might be his final “Murdoch” scenes late Tuesday afternoon in Toronto when the cast and crew were herded into the “bullpen” and told the good news.
