In Redemption Inc., O’Leary gives 10 ex-cons a chance to set up their own business and over the course of the eight episodes, one participant will win $100,000 to get his dream started. The twist is that at the end of every task, the weakest competitor is given the choice to either take an exit package or stay on the show to win the whole thing. Is it a Canadian Apprentice? Perhaps.
