Is there anything that Rookie Blue fans agree on more than their shared love for one Oliver Shaw? In fact, we here at The TV Junkies are of the opinion that hugs from Staff Sgt. Shaw do indeed have magical powers. While Oliver may have had some difficulty settling into his new role wearing the white shirt and dealing with troubled teenage daughters, the character has always remained a Rookie Blue fan favourite. He is definitely the perfect snuggy bear alright
I differ from all the other fans about the Sam/Marlo story. Sure, it’s extremely heartbreaking to see all the emotional trauma it’s causing Andy, so believably portrayed. But, life is full of stuff like that, which makes it believable, the 3 make me believe it, makes cops more human, and seeing all three trying to find a way to make it work is amazing lesson to us all. All things considered my hat is off to them for doing it and doing it very well.
