It’s a trip down memory lane as the Doyles investigate the murder of an old client. But when the body count rises, Jake starts to question the whole case. Rose gets in hot water with the police and Des’s budding romance with med student Chandra begins to rub Tinny the wrong way.

Mark attempts to form a neighbourhood partnership to solve Save-On-Meat’s cash flow problems while Nico’s left to slash and burn in the butcher shop.

Winter launch better than “any in recorded history at the CBC”

  • All-Canadian programming pays off for CBC
    The CBC launched several new series in January. None have flopped. Some of the new series, the drama Arctic Air and the comedy Mr. D in particular, have repeatedly flirted with the one-million-viewers mark. Returning shows such as Republic of Doyle and Dragons’ Den have also pulled in strong ratings. The sum of all these parts, Stewart says, is “a better launch than any in recorded history at the CBC.” Read more.
