In an effort to help her find out who killed her brother, Toby uses his telepathic gift and discovers a cover-up involving a Chinese crime boss who has a lot to hide from the police.

After Toby (Craig Olejnik) and Oz (Ennis Esmer) intervene in the swarming of Daniel (Keir Gilchrist, UNITED STATES OF TARA), a street kid, Toby worries Daniel’s mixed up with some bad elements. Determined to help, he appeals to him with some of his own past experiences. But as he gets closer to the truth about Daniel’s involvement in a series of pharmaceutical heists, Toby discovers that things may be a lot more complicated than he’d initially feared. And, that the life of a missing girl named Lisa may be in jeopardy.
