Canada’s Handyman Challenge is adding a feminine edge to the brand new series featuring top HGTV Canada talent Mike Holmes, Bryan Baeumler and Scott McGillivray as judges. Jillian Harris – best known as the first Canadian to star on The Bachelorette and designer on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition – is taking on the job as host of the exciting new series. Jillian, a talented and much-loved interior designer with ten years of experience in the field, will join Canada’s Handyman Challenge travelling cross-country this summer to find construction enthusiasts that will compete for the title of Canada’s Best Handyman.

Calling on Canadian Families to Compete in Popular Family Cook Off Format for Food Network Canada

• Food Network Canada and Force Four Entertainment Announce Start of Production for First Canadian Edition of Hit Culinary Competition Series
• Currently Casting for Canadian Families Who Love Cooking Together

Shaw Media today announced an agreement with Australia’s BrandNewMedia to produce the first Canadian edition of the internationally popular series, Family Cook Off, in partnership with Vancouver-based production company, Force Four Entertainment Inc. In each episode, food meets Family Feud as two families of four compete head-to-head in a fast-paced, three-course cook-off to find out whose family fare is superior.
