Taste Buds Starts Production on its Delicious First Season

Executive producers of This is Daniel Cook and This is Emily Yeung, marblemedia, today announced that production has begun on an exciting new food adventure series for children entitled Taste Buds. Produced in association with TVO, the show will debut air this fall on TVOKids after school block in addition to Knowledge Network, Access Alberta and SCN.

Created by marblemedia partners Mark Bishop and Matt Hornburg Taste Buds is a hands-on television and interactive experience that invites kids to be part of the entire process of food preparation – shopping, cooking, eating and even cleaning up.

    “Obviously, the fact that this move was deemed necessary isn’t great news for either show. Anything that the CBC runs on Tuesday has to deal with stiff competition from American Idol on CTV and House on Global. And nothing tends to do well on Fridays, regardless of the show or the network.” Read more.
