Family Ties’ Michael Gross is the perfect foil for Call Me Fitz
When Sheri Elwood decided to create a guest-role arc in Call Me Fitz, for a character whose chief job would be to antagonize the fightin’ Fitzpatricks, the solution was obvious: make him really nice. “What would be more annoying to the Fitzpatricks than the nicest, most together, eco-industrialist,” Elwood, the creator and showrunner, says in an interview. “Let’s put Steve Jobs in a car lot.
