Rick is at the Pet Fun Fest in Toronto where he joins hundreds of dogs competing in dancing routines, water plunging, and other canine challenges. Then he’s off to Gananoque, Ontario for Pondarama, where he participates in the Thousand Island Pond Hockey Championship and World Pond Curling Championship.

Rick heads to Yellowknife to check out how Buffalo Airways of the series ‘Ice Pilots NWT’ supplies isolated communities across the north in sub-zero temperatures. He flies their vintage planes and performs essential airport duties like de-icing. He’s also in Halifax with our top young athletes for the Canada Winter Games and tries his hand at judo, table tennis, short-track speed skating, and badminton.
