  • Gas powers up season five: Brent Butt “jazzed” about writing team
    “Emmy Award-winning Norm Hiscock comes aboard as a consulting producer/writer. He started on Kids in the Hall, where he was head writer for the last two seasons. He also spent three seasons on Saturday Night Live and nearly six with King of the Hill, where he was co-executive producer. Gary Pearson joins Corner Gas as a story editor/writer. The highly regarded scribe spent three seasons with This Hour Has 22 Minutes. His other writing credits include MADtv, Just For Laughs with Russell Peters, 50 Years of CBC Satire with Leslie Nielsen and The Juno Awards.”
