On July 1, The Comedy Network stands on guard for their country and… CORNER GAS! In celebration of Canada’s birthday, The Comedy Network kicks the patriotic laughs into high gear with THE CANADA DAY CORNER GAS-A-THON. Fans can get an early start to the celebrations with a double-shot of the final season of Canada’s most successful comedy series. The first run of the 19-episode Season 6 airs 4 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET/PT, followed by a second airing from 1:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET/PT. Viewers experiencing withdrawal from CORNER GAS can get their fix of hilarious high jinks from Brent, Oscar, Emma, Lacey, Hank, Davis, Karen and Wanda.

9:30 p.m. – CORNER GAS – “Crab Apple Cooler” – ALL-NEW EPISODE

Brent (Brent Butt) and Hank (Fred Ewanuick) decide to take a trip down memory lane stealing crab apples from a neighbour’s yard that gets Hank in trouble. No one wants Oscar (Eric Peterson) on their charades team, until he proves his skills. Davis (Lorne Cardinal) and Wanda (Nancy Robertson) find reasons to write angry complaint letters to companies in hopes of getting free stuff.

9:30 p.m. – CORNER GAS – “R2 Bee Too” – ALL-NEW EPISODE

Jealous of Hank’s (Fred Ewanuick) new toy robot, Davis (Lorne Cardinal) places an order online but is surprised when his robot arrives. Despite Emma’s (Janet Wright) warning, Lacey’s (Gabrielle Miller) continues to expand Brent’s (Brent Butt) culinary horizons and turns Brent into a food critic from hell. Wanda (Nancy Robertson) suits up to help Oscar (Eric Peterson) combat a beehive.
