Rick is in Herring Cove, Nova Scotia where he and Ron James have a frigid New Year’s Day Polar Bear Dip in the ocean. He is accompanied by blind author Ryan Knighton on a visit to the Vancouver Circus School where they learn trapeze, trampoline, and juggling skills.
