From Brian D. Johnson of Macleans:
- Nicholas Campbell explains how he threw it all away
“Before CSI came along, as the hard-boiled Da Vinci, Campbell created one of the most authentic anti-heroes ever to unzip a body bag in prime time. Now, with his electrifying performance in The Englishman’s Boy, he cements his status as the finest character actor in Canadian television. But this is a country where you can be at the top of your game and on the brink of ruin.” Read more.

I KNOW THAT MR CAMPBELL IS A CANADIAN ACTOR, BUT I WOULD LOVE TO SEE HIM DO SOME ACTING IN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN. I JUST LOVE HIS ACTING ESPECIALLY WHEN HE WAS DOING DAVINCI’S INQUEST. WHAT IS HE DOING NOW?
He’ll be guest starring in an upcoming episode of Flashpoint, the CBS series Fridays at 10 pm. I’m not sure which week he’ll be on – not the first two eps anyway – but the series premieres tomorrow. The Englishman’s Boy is available on DVD from cbcshop.ca too.
