In the news: CBC’s Intelligence … or lack thereof

From Randy Burton of the Star Phoenix:

  • What is the CBC thinking?
“Intelligence has been cancelled at the CBC. No, this is not a new corporate policy announced from on high, it’s merely confirmation the national broadcaster is no longer interested in providing the best drama it had to offer.” Read more.

  1. I AGREE WITH RANDY BURTON THAT CBC REALLY LOST IT THIS TIME CANCELLING INTELLIGENCE. I SUPPOSE YOU ARE GOING TO REPLACE IT WITH SOME LAME BRAIN HALF HOUR SITCOMS THAT CBC IS FAMOUS FOR? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO REALIZE THAT MOST CANADIANS WOULD LIKE TO WATCH INTERESTING TV?

  2. I can’t believe they cancelled Intelligence. This is the best show CBC has ever had on, next to DaVincis Inquest. I have been watching The Border in the hopes that I won’t miss Intelligence when it comes back on. The Border is ok but it is just like the half dozen or so CSI shows on. I am stunned, at least they could have ran the show to let us see what happened after the shooting. Man that makes me mad.
