“‘I’d go on some sets and even though I couldn’t speak two words of French, everyone would be like, Helene, allo!’ This never was more true than when Joy was in Montreal on the set of Durham County, which makes its network-TV debut Monday on Global. Joy, by the way, also stars in Citytv’s Murdoch Mysteries, which has been renewed for a second season, and she had a role in the recently axed CBC series MVP, too.” Read more.
