The award-winning team of marblemedia and Corus Entertainment announced today that principal photography on the second season of the popular YTV series The Adrenaline Project has begun in the Orangeville and Amaranth Township area. Alan Bishop, of Survivor and The Amazing Race fame has joined the production this season as Challenge Producer.

The all-new tournament-style format sees 120 contestants competing against each other over 26 episodes in quarter and semi-finals until the “Ultimate Adrenalite” is crowned. Each gripping episode features thrill-seeking teens that undergo rigorous physical and mental obstacles either individually or as a team. The host, Boomer, prepares the contestants for the challenges they face, while gritty behind-the-scenes footage captures personal confessions and drama between participants.

Viewers will be able to visit the website, www.theadrenalineproject.com, to watch web exclusive video, follow the progress of their favourite contestants from the TV show and challenge their friends to beat their score on Boomer’s Base Camp, a customizable tournament-style online game.

The live-action reality series is set to air on YTV beginning Fall 2008 with the restyled website launching at the same time.
