New tonight: Blackstone on APTN

Don’t miss the APTN Premiere of Blackstone, a raw, authentic, inside look behind the veil of power and politics on an Aboriginal reserve. This one hour series pilot is a fact-based fiction that tells the story of a community suffering disintegration by its own hand as a result of the corruption, mismanagement and nepotism of its Chief and Councillors; and the parallel complicity of the silent band members.

Blackstone stars: Carmen Moore (Tales of an Urban Indian), Nathaniel Arcand (Moose TV), Eric Schweig (Cashing In), Michelle Thrush (Mixed Blessings, Moccasin Flats), and Gordon Tootoosis (Wapos Bay, Moccasin Flats).

Blackstone premieres on Tuesday, November 24th at:
9 pm ET on APTN East
9 pm MT on APTN West
9 pm CT on APTN North
9 pm ET on APTN HD

  1. Ireally like your new mini series Blackstone. It’s about time someone puts on a show that depicks life on reserves meaning dirty politic’s and the slim choices that youth have on reserves.Keep up the good work and I hope that Blackstone gets picked up for a full season.
