Funny as Hell premieres March 11 on HBO Canada

Check your inhibitions at the door. HBO Canada, a multiplex channel of Astral’s The Movie Network (Eastern Canada), Corus Entertainment’s Movie Central (Western Canada) and Just For Laughs Television, are bringing on the laughs with Funny As Hell, a six-part original comedy series taped in front of a live audience at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, featuring bold, uncensored comedy from some of today’s fastest rising comedy stars.

Debuting Friday, March 11 at 9:30 p.m. ET/MT, Funny As Hell joins HBO Canada’s Friday- night comedy line-up alongside The Ricky Gervais Show, Real Time With Bill Maher and Funny or Die Presents.

Hosted by homegrown comic Jon Dore as part of the 28th edition of the Just For Laughs Festival, Funny as Hell introduces audiences to some of the funniest and most fearless comics working today.
