After twelve weeks of blood, sweat, tears, and the most intense culinary competition this country has ever seen, Canada is only days away from crowning its very own inaugural Top Chef. With only three competitors left standing in Food Network Canada’s number one series, Top Chef Canada, the competition is fierce for one to take home the grand prize of $100,000, a GE Monogram kitchen worth $30,000, and the coveted title of Canada’s first ever Top Chef. The final episode of the inaugural season of Top Chef Canada will air on Monday, July 4th at 9pm ET/10pm PT on Food Network Canada.

Rising above every demanding culinary challenge throughout the season to date, Calgary’s Connie DeSousa (CHARCUT Roast House), Vancouver’s Dale MacKay (Ensemble), and Toronto’s Rob Rossi (formerly Mercatto) have outperformed their fellow 13 competitors and are ready to battle each other in the biggest, most important culinary competition of their lives.

The three finalists have honed their culinary skills and earned their keep since entering Top Chef Canada’s GE Monogram Kitchen for the first time. Having won two Quickfire and three Elimination Challenges, Connie was awarded a trip for two to Los Angeles to stay at the Mondrian Hotel as well as a trip for two to Chicago via Porter Airlines for a weekend. Dale won three Quickfire and Elimination Challenges each, and received $5,000 in President’s Choice gift cards. With his one Quickfire and four Elimination Challenge victories, Rob took home $2,500 in Le Creuset products as well as a $5,000 cash prize.

But which of these three finalists will be left standing as Canada’s Top Chef? Find out in the cut-throat, high stakes finale that will no doubt be an emotional rollercoaster for competitors and viewers alike. To catch up on the entire first season to date, viewers can tune in to a Canada Day marathon of the 12 episodes of Top Chef Canada airing July 1st from 12pm ET/9am PT until 12am ET/9pm PT. All the drama builds up to the season finale of Top Chef Canada which airs on Food Network Canada Monday, July 4th at 9 pm ET/10 pm PT, with an encore presentation Saturday, July 9th at 7 pm ET/PT.
