Toby (Craig Olejnik) is brought in to authenticate the testimony of a star witness – a celebrated restaurant chef – in the trial of a mob boss charged with shooting his business partner. Oz (Ennis Esmer) does Sandy (Tara Spencer-Nairn) a favour by looking after her niece’s pet ferret, but then makes the mistake of shifting that responsibility to Toby.
