Linda Hamilton to guest star on Lost Girl

Linda Hamilton to Guest Star in the Showcase Hit Series, Lost Girl

Prodigy Pictures, in association with Shaw Media, announced Linda Hamilton will guest star in season three of the Showcase hit series, Lost Girl.

Linda Hamilton is best known for her role as Sarah Connor in the blockbuster film, The Terminator and its sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Linda went on to play Catherine Chandler on the TV series Beauty and the Beast for which she was nominated for two Golden Globe® Awards and an Emmy® Award. Her other notable credits include the comedy flick Mr. Destiny, the disaster film Dante’s Peak and a recurring role on the television series, Chuck.

Hamilton will star in Lost Girl episode 310 as Acacia, a tough, sexy and ruthless assassin who has enjoyed a storied and deadly career. Acacia’s arrival spells trouble for Bo and company.

Slated to premiere on Showcase in winter 2013, Lost Girl Season Three features TV’s favourite succubus, “Bo” (Anna Silk: Being Erica, Billable Hours), Kris Holden-Ried (Ben Hur, The Tudors, Underworld 4) as “Dyson”; Ksenia Solo (Life Unexpected; Black Swan) as “Kenzi”; Zoie Palmer (The Guard, Instant Star, XIII) as “Lauren”; Rick Howland (Billable Hours, Murdoch Mysteries) as “Trick” and K.C. Collins (Owning Mahowny, Doomstown) as “Hale.”

Joining the Lost Girl cast this season is Rachel Skarsten (The Vow; Flashpoint; Birds of Prey) in a recurring role as “Tamsin”, a thrill-seeking, sexy new Fae who ruffles many feathers. Emmanuelle Vaugier (Two and a Half Men, Covert Affairs, Human Target) will reprise her role as “The Morrigan”, the leader of the Dark Fae, and Paul Amos returns to stir up trouble as “Vex”, a dark Fae Mesmer with the ability to control other people.
