“For once, the CBC is aggressively pushing its new shows, including the steamy soap where the desperate housewives are married to hockey players. It debuts Friday. One of the provocative ads (aired early on a Hockey Night in Canada broadcast) led to a reprimand from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission which, in response to a viewer’s complaint, found it too smutty to air before 9 p.m. ” Read more.
