From Jennifer Cox of Crave:
- Top 10 Canadian shows to watch right now
“With lots of summertime premieres as well as tried-and-true series returns, currently there’s an impressive line-up of Canadian TV programs. So here are the top 10 Canadian shows to watch right now (with pride).” Read more.

The list that the Crave website published actually has a mistake. “Harper’s Island” is not a Canadian series. Like Supernatural, Smallville and Battlestar Galactica, it’s an American series that happens to be filmed in Canada.
The show is owned by Junction Entertainment and CBS Television Studios, both based in California. There is no Canadian production partner involved in the series. The writers are also American. Some of the cast is Canadian but then this is also true of the other American shows I mentioned above.
Yes, you’re right. I was too lazy to add a disclaimer.
Bob & Doug and The Listener in a top 10? Oof.
Not to be cynical, but the list seems to be “Canadian shows now playing, padded with an American one.”
no degrassi?
