Rebecca depletes the blood supply while operating on a soldier, forcing Colonel Marks to call for a walking blood bank. When Pedersen questions the soldier’s buddies about the circumstances that led to the shooting, their stories don’t add up. Meanwhile, Simon rekindles a relationship with an old flame (guest star Tia Carrere), an attractive photojournalist on assignment.
