DESPITE CHALLENGES, CBC TV ANNOUNCES A STRONG ROSTER OF CANADIAN SHOWS FOR THE 2012-13 SEASON

New programming includes MURDOCH MYSTERIES, produced by Shaftesbury Films; crime drama CRACKED produced by White Pine Pictures; historical drama TITANIC: BLOOD AND STEEL from the De Angelis Group (and the team behind CAMELOT and THE TUDORS) and OVER THE RAINBOW – the live competition search for theatre’s newest Dorothy produced by Temple Street Productions in association with Mirvish Productions.

Did ‘Battle of the Blades’ not get renewed.
Confusing how a show like Mr. D gets renewed but Michael: Tuesdays and Thursdays does not.
I like Mr. D as much as the next guy, but it’s not even in the same league or the same universe as Michael.
Actually I’m quite disdainful of Canadian television and often find it a waste of my time but Mr. D is one of the more entertaining ones that I’v seen in a while.
