Hilary Farr and David Visentin take on one of their toughest assignments yet. Ron and Mishelle purchased his family’s legacy farmhouse and became the fifth generation of his family to live in it. Mishelle feels they have too much unusable space as well as too much mortgage and she wants to move back to the city.
