Andy returns to 15 Division after being suspended and encounters several changes, including her possible new replacement – rookie Nick Collins (Peter Mooney) who also happens to be Gail’s ex-fiancé. While tension is high between Andy and Swarek during a car-ride, the two come upon a scene of a multi-car accident involving a belligerent drunk driver (William Shatner) with a haunting secret and a serious grudge against the police.
