In tonight’s all-new show Rick hits the ice with the Winnipeg Jets and takes in a game. In Sandy Beach, Alberta he races a four-wheeler in the annual ‘Numb Bum’ 24-hour ice race, the longest in the world.

22 Minutes, CBC
Marg Delahunty, Warrior Princess returns to 22 Minutes, paying a visit to RCMP Commissioner, Bob Paulson, while Susan Kent and Meredith MacNeill head to Toronto to try their luck at ‘The Bachelor Canada’ auditions.

Arctic Air, CBC – “The Professional”
Bobby (Adam Beach) and Mel fight to protect Nelson from a hitman.

Saw Dogs, OLN -“Dances with Bears”
The carvers are asked to create a life-size sculpture of an 800-pound polar bear for its owner, a famed animal trainer. Guest carver J. Chester Armstrong is invited to create the likeness of the massive beast from a giant hunk of redwood. Chester, who has a degree in philosophy, seems to communicate directly with the spirit inside the wood. Meanwhile, Pete Rieger secretly carves a raven in exchange for a personal tattoo, much to the displeasure of Saw Valley boss Steve.

Tonight Rick is in Quebec City for the Winter Carnival where he joins the ice-canoeing team from HMCS Montcalm for a race across the St. Lawrence River. He also goes to Winnipeg to skate at The Forks, which holds the Guinness record as ‘the longest rink in the world.’

Arctic Air, CBC – “Vancouver is Such a Screwed-Up City”
Bobby’s old life in Vancouver comes back to haunt him when he travels south with Mel and Krista to buy a new plane.

Saw Dogs, OLN – “Hang Time”
The carvers are tasked with creating a bust of a Superbowl champion punter, which will be unveiled at his retirement party in just a few days. Steve brings in guest carver Ken Tynan, who has a special talent for creating recognizable human features in wood. But even with Pete Rieger and Mark Colp helping on the project, Steve isn’t convinced that the carving team can actually deliver the commission on time.

We take a light-hearted look at sappy sentiment with “Things We Hate About Valentine’s Day” and Shaun Majumder discovers how to express love at Hallmark’s Canadian headquarters.

Desperate to find out how his father died, Bobby makes a reckless decision, putting Cece’s life at risk.

The LA Complex, MuchMusic – “Season Finale”
Nick and Abby continue to attempt to get things started, but keep getting in each other’s way. Kal and Tariq finally mend fences and get back to recording. Meanwhile, Connor finds some solace in an old friend. Raquel finally sees a light at the end of the tunnel, but there are still several obstacles in her way. Alicia has a career breakthrough.

Saw Dogs, OLN – “First Breath”
Commissioned by a historic fishing village, Steve designs an evocative sculpture of a mother whale bringing its baby to the surface above a nest of roots. Guest carvers Jeff Samudosky and Mark Colp also work on the project.

Whether you are head over heels, recently jilted or stubbornly single, romance breeds laughter this Valentine’s Day on This Hour Has 22 Minutes.

The 22 Minutes February 14 episode takes a light-hearted look at sappy sentiment with “Things We Hate About Valentine’s Day” and with Shaun Majumder discovering how to express love at Hallmark’s Canadian headquarters.

Watch Betty Hope (Cathy Jones) set fear into the hearts of significant exs in the Panic Room. And even impromptu Valentine’s engagements take a hit when the Rock Block is revealed over a romantic dinner.

Also in the February 14 episode the ever-popular Rex Murphy (Mark Critch) shares his heartfelt sentiments around the Queen’s proposed Diamond Jubilee celebration. And 22 Minutes parodies the new hit TV series “Smash”, with Canada’s equivalent, “Grant”.

Bobby (Adam Beach) lies to gain the trust of a Dene elder and friend of his father, but when tragedy strikes, Bobby must trust the elder with his own life.

Alicia’s video with Rick may not be the career-booster he promised, Connor’s acting coach makes his first appearance and Nick and Abby are going through dumpsters. What the heck goes on in LA?

Saw Dogs, OLN – “Monster Wine”
Steve envisions an enormous wine tasting bar for an exclusive winery with a lake monster motif, but the team goes against his wishes and adds an extra head. To make matters worse, guest carvers Paul Frenette and Pete Ryan can’t seem to get on the same page with the design. The carving team struggles to resolve a host of stylistic issues as they try to complete the commission.
