Love It or List It Vancouver renewed

From a media release:

W Network’s Love It or List It Vancouver Green-Lit for a Second Season

  • New Episodes Premiere Monday September 2 at 10 p.m. ET/PT

Big Coat Productions and W Network are thrilled to announce that Love It or List It Vancouver has been renewed for a second season. The series, hosted by interior designer Jillian Harris and realtor Todd Talbot, showcases families in B.C.’s largest metropolitan city who are struggling with homes that no longer suit their needs. Production on Season 2 of the west coast spin-off of Love It or List It is scheduled to begin late summer. New episodes of the first season of Love It or List It Vancouver premiere Monday, September 2 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on W Network.

Every episode takes viewers on an emotional rollercoaster as Jillian and Todd battle it out for the homeowners’ allegiance. It’s up to designer Jillian to put a stop to the wandering eyes of homeowners, armed with their list of “must-haves to love it” and a design she hopes will persuade them to stay. Meanwhile, realtor Todd is determined to get homeowners to relocate by taking their list of “must-haves to list it” and finding them new digs. With renovation there are always setbacks and sometimes it means the homeowners must lose one of their “must- haves” on their list to stay. On the realtor’s end, finding everything the homeowners want in their dream home can be more difficult than originally anticipated. The stakes are high as the homeowners make their final decision—will they love it enough to stay or is it time to list?
