The end of the series shows what seven women can accomplish in just five months with one shared goal and a can-do spirit. From a self-professed “gym loser†to a grieving woman using food to cope with her loss, the changes to their confidence, sense of self and relationships are extraordinary.

With the seven women finally at the end of their five-month fitness and diet regime, which included kickboxing, rock climbing, jujitsu and spinning classes, they come together for a spa day and luau to look back at their former stuck selves. With tears and cheers, they relive the triumphs, setbacks and transformations that have happened in their lives. Finding out in the end that working as a team, they had the strength not only to maintain their fitness level with busy schedules but also to deal with emotions without turning to food, while reclaiming the pride of looking and feeling great.
