After a death threat aimed at a local priest leads Andy and Nick to a neighborhood drug kingpin, the officers realize they’re navigating in a war zone with a surprising connection. Meanwhile, Traci is forced to make a major decision about her career and Dov’s new relationship takes a dramatic and dangerous turn.

Saving Hope, CTV – “A New Beginning”
When Joel (Daniel Gilles) gets cold feet in the operating room, Kinney (Wendy Crewson) takes him with her on a continuing medical education assignment in her hometown to help clear his head. Meanwhile, Charlie (Michael Shanks) meets a deceased therapist who suspects it’s an emotional block that is keeping him in his coma. Encouraged by Charlie breathing on his own, Alex (Erica Durance) continues her rounds and diagnoses a fitness buff with a rare condition. (Encore episode airs Sunday, Aug. 26 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CTV)

After 15 Division is forced to release a suspected predator, the grim discovery of the body of a missing girl reopens an unsolved case, bringing back Det. Luke Callaghan to oversee it. When they learn that Andy has been assaulted and Gail has been abducted, the officers of 15 Division work frantically to rescue one of their own. Meanwhile, when one rookie follows up on lead, they are put directly in the path of the demented killer, forcing them to make the ultimate sacrifice.

While investigating the disappearance of a grad-student-turned escort, Gail is sent on an undercover sting operation at a high-end hotel. When Dov and Chris discover the body of a missing woman, the case takes a dangerous turn and puts Gail at risk.

Saving Hope, CTV – “Heartsick”
The gloves are off as Alex (Erica Durance) and Dawn (Michelle Nolden) lawyer-up and head to a hearing that will determine who Charlie’s (Michael Shanks) legal decision maker will be – a ruling that could decide whether or not life saving treatment will continue. While they wait, Alex scrubs into a heart transplant surgery and, at the last minute, is joined by Dawn. The two women operate as a team working through the complications with the transplant. In the spirit world, Charlie encounters the owner of the donor heart – a prisoner who died in a violent jail yard dispute. Charlie’s too preoccupied with the hearing to give the prisoner the time of day, but the prisoner needs his guidance when his body begins to reject the heart.

While investigating an illegal warehouse party, Andy and Swarek apprehend a surprising witness – Oliver’s 15-year old daughter, Izzy. Growing concern over her involvement nearly pushes Oliver over the edge — as a father and as a cop.
