Finale dates for Amazing Race Canada, Satisfaction, The Listener, Saving Hope

Finale Dates for CTV Summer 2013 Series Announced

With just five episodes to go for CTV’s THE AMAZING RACE CANADA, viewers tuning in by the millions each week will soon find out which team crosses the mat first and takes home the historic half-a-million dollar grand prize at the conclusion of Canada’s #1 summer series on Sept. 16.

Finale dates have also been set for CTV’s hit original drama THE LISTENER (Aug. 28) and original comedy SATISFACTION (Sept. 16). CTV original drama SAVING HOPE (Aug. 20) wraps for the summer, returning with new episodes later this season.

FINALE DATES FOR CTV 2013 SUMMER SERIES:

Tuesday, Aug. 20
10 p.m. – SAVING HOPE *Summer Finale*

Wednesday, Aug. 28
10 p.m. – THE LISTENER

Monday, Sept. 16

Satisfaction, meanwhile, has been heavily promoted on CTV, and the Calgary-born Belleville says, “the feeling is very positive about a second season.” Though he’d like the show to experience a different season than summer. “We’ve had to compete with the Stanley Cup Playoffs, blackouts, Canada Day and long weekends.” Continue reading.

Satisfaction, CTV – “Mo Money, Mo Problems”
Unintentionally wearing a suit causes Mark (Ryan Belleville) to be mistaken for a functioning member of society. Meanwhile, Jason (Luke Macfarlane) and Maggie (Leah Renee) decide to take the plunge and get a joint bank account, but first they have to deal with Jason’s banking history.

The Amazing Race Canada, CTV – “Check the Cannons”
The remaining five teams race to Quebec City where the sisters get lost en route. Language skills are lacking, leaving some teams tongue-tied and twisted. At the Roadblock, Vanessa gets crushed by crepes, and at the Detour, the sisters’ choice could prove costly.
