The Top 16 are Revealed as “BONELESS†and TEYA are Eliminated on CTV’s SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE CANADA
- Guest judges Sergio Trujillo and Dan Karaty join Jean Marc Genereux and Tré Armstrong behind the judge’s desk August 1 and 2
- Blake McGrath to choreograph the Top 16 group number
It was revealed live tonight after a contentious judges debate that Dwayne “BONELESS†Gulston (23), a Hip-Hop and Popping dancer from Toronto, ON and TEYA Wild (23), a Hip-Hop dancer from North Vancouver, BC, would be the next two dancers leaving the SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE CANADA stage. The results were revealed after host Leah Miller announced the three couples with the lowest number of votes who then had the opportunity to dance for their lives. The 16 remaining dancers will take to the stage on Monday, August 1 at 8 p.m. ET on CTV (go to ctv.ca to confirm local listings).

Following the Top 20 Performance show, the votes were tallied and it was announced tonight on CTV that LAUREN Lyn (24), a Salsa dancer from Toronto, ON and RODRIGO Basurto (26), a Hip-Hop dancer from Toronto, ON would be saying goodbye to SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE CANADA. The results were revealed live during tonight’s broadcast after host Leah Miller revealed the three couples with the lowest number of votes.
