Revisit the hijinx and hilarity of sleazy superintendent Yuri (John Cassini), slackers Nik (Fred Ewanuick) and Hal (Zak Santiago), adorably clueless Bobbi (Gabrielle Miller), and the rest of the Robson Arms’ tenants. The marathon begins with the very first episode Saturday, April 26 at 11 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. PT.

Sunday’s TV, eh? live Internet show: Robson Arms, Bill C-10, TV websites and downloads

The first TV, eh? live Internet radio show will air Sunday, April 20 at 11 am Pacific/2 pm Eastern and weekly thereafter. Listen live at Blogtalkradio or call in at 646-200-4063 to join the fun.

For the first show we’ve got some great guests lined up. Robson Arms returns to CTV’s regular schedule on April 28, and co-creators Susin Nielsen and Gary Harvey will talk about the show’s third season. Have a question for them? Call in live, or leave it in the comments and I might ask it for you.

My brother the technogeek, Steve Wild, will talk about what wacky television shows he watches and how he watches them: he’ll discuss TV on the web; how networks are missing the boat and how they’re succeeding. Let us know what you think.

And screenwriter/journalist Mark Leiren-Young was at the Senate committee hearings on Bill C-10 so he’ll be on the line to report on that controversy. Call in with your opinion: censorship or prudent oversight of taxpayer money?

    “In the last 10 years, female screenwriters in Canada have made huge strides, muscling their way onto TV screens, leaving an indelible stamp on comedy, drama, and action series across network schedules. In fact, while women used to be a distinct minority in writing rooms, their numbers are now on par with men, who typically used to be hired to write action and comedy, while women were relegated to handle emotional and romantic scenes that required that “female touch.”” Read more.

It’s Time to Renew the Lease! Robson Arms Returns with Season 3, Beginning April 28 on CTV

The paint may be peeling, the taps leaking and there may be an unpleasant smell here and there, but there’s never been a better time to move into Robson Arms. Season 3 of the CTV Original Series returns Mondays at 9:30 p.m. ET beginning April 28 following Dancing With the Stars (visit CTV.ca to confirm local broadcast times). The season premiere and all-new weekly episodes follows special sneak previews last month that introduced new regular guest star Dave Foley and garnered the series’ highest audiences ever, with 812,000 viewers watching on March 10.*
